Les Lolitas Insolites 2 by ~Shin—Ichi

Dans la série des Lolitas Insolites, je demande la deuxième du nom ! Cette idée m’est venue quasi automatiquement, étant donné que Pokémon est l’un de mes jeux vidéos préférés (je suis une fan assidue depuis ma tendre enfance).

Au départ je voulais représenter une Lolita plus Gothic, mais finalement elle a un peu son style propre. En effet, il fait souvent un temps ensoleillé dans Pokémon, il fallait donc quelque chose de pas trop couvert, et de confortable afin de pourchasser les Pokémon dans les hautes herbes ! Voilà comment le personnage s’est retrouvé en manches courtes, et avec les cheveux courts !
Le choix du Pokémon n’a pas été compliqué. La nouvelle version Black&White venant tout juste de sortir (en France du moins, car j’y jouais en Japonais dès Septembre 2010 !), j’avais d’ores et déjà choisi dans le Pokédex de cette version le Pokémon parfait ; Mesmérella, qui représente un Pokémon aux tendances gothiques, tout en restant mignon :3

Sorry for posting so many pictures from the same day..but look! At the meetup there was a random Chansey sitting around with a lolita bow! I had to take a picture with it because Pokemon and lolita are two of my interests/hobbies! :D I was (unnaturally) excited..

It was awesome friday yesterday, I went to game zone in one of the Chinese malls, and spend there the whole day playing some games, Tekken, the House of the Dead, Konami’s Cube and some small games with prizes. And I have won some small toys, useless, but I still smile when remember the minute I’ve won them, that’s worth it.
In Russia such game zones I quiet expensive, like 1 to 4 dollars for the game, here It was like 32 cents to 1,25. So I have always wanted to spend the whole day playing games there. Dreams come true <3

My boyfriend took me on an adventure to NYC yesterday.  I didn’t get as many pictures as I wanted but that’s mostly because we were having too much fun!  We took the train in, did lots of shopping (Tokyo Rebel, Kinokuniya Bookstore, Nintendo World, Sanrio, etc.), ate goods foods and went to see Mary Poppins!  The show was FANTASTIC!  So magical and whimsical and lots of cool stuff.

I ran into a much more legit Link, nice dude. He made his props himself (his shield actually attached to his sheath too).

So I’m really quite pleased with how this came together. 

I still want to get the Triforce Earrings from Sanshee to round it out, but here’s my Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time inspired Link coord! Whatever con I end up going to (either AMA or Otakon), this is going to be one of my outfits. The boots make it so easy to walk in, and the rest of it is just really comfortable as well. I wish I could add some worn photos, but it is impossible to take decent shots of myself with my mirror because it’s in the worst lit corner of my room possible.

(Also apologies for my woeful ineptitude regarding tying bows. XD)
